Liberty Multifamily, LLC, is an integrated development company that specializes in the construction and renovation of high-quality energy-efficient housing for low-to-moderate income working families.

Our company is sponsored by a group of seasoned professionals in the excavation, site-work, utilities, concrete and raw materials industries that is managed by a team of experienced real estate developers and financial professionals.

 

Our Mission

The affordable housing market is in a state of emergency. Steps need to be taken now to create, rehabilitate and preserve the affordable housing supply for families and the elderly. We are affiliated with a Non-Profit Housing  and Educational Charity to help counteract the economic crisis through the creation and preservation of affordable housing communities.

Through our affiliations with non-profit organizations we are able to provide on-site community services that enhance the lives of each resident. The developments are only made possible with the partnership of private investment, government entities and passion. We bring all three together to create sustainable communities.

Affordable Energy Efficient Housing

 

 

 

People rank having a decent affordable place to live as one of their top priorities. Many people have been affected by the recent economic crisis. The need for affordable housing is at an all time high.
   

We strive to create awareness of the tremendous capacity the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) has to create jobs, stimulate business activity, provide educational opportunities, and in general breathe new life into distressed areas.

     The communities we create are sustainable and incorporate energy efficient features such as:

Currently less than 32% of eligible low-income households are served by assisted housing programs. We hope to increase this number through our developments.
